Your Agreement with the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the jjloit platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a real-money wager — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the jjloit platform regardless of device, location within the Philippines, or method of access.

jjloit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their jjloit account.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with jjloit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted and you are not accessing the platform in violation of any local, national, or international laws.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jjloit or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors, where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order issued by jjloit or by any regulatory body with jurisdiction over your gambling activity.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder that has been formally registered with jjloit or a recognised problem gambling authority.

Each individual may register only one account with jjloit. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjloit employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account activity, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending review, with balances subject to forfeiture if fraudulent intent is established.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify jjloit promptly of any changes. jjloit will conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures to confirm your identity and age before processing withdrawals or as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjloit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access or use your jjloit account. jjloit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jjloit's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. jjloit may temporarily lock your account while an investigation is conducted. You agree that all activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a compromise will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you can demonstrate otherwise to jjloit's reasonable satisfaction.

jjloit provides optional two-factor authentication for additional account security. While not mandatory, players are strongly encouraged to activate this feature, particularly if accessing jjloit from shared devices or public internet access points.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the jjloit platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jjloit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods may be subject to change; the current list of supported methods will be displayed in the platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. jjloit reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account tier, verification status, and applicable PAGCOR compliance requirements.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jjloit applies a same-payment-method policy for withdrawals: funds must be withdrawn to the same account or wallet used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is applied to prevent money laundering and comply with PAGCOR anti-financial crime obligations.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jjloit account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jjloit is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jjloit may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to registered players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each Bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and minimum deposit thresholds. In the event of any conflict between Bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the Bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that Bonus.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; these rates are published in the relevant Bonus terms.

General conditions applicable to all jjloit Bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or convert Bonuses.
• Only one welcome Bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome Bonus on a second account constitutes duplicate account creation and will result in account suspension.
• jjloit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any Bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that Bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms at the time of crediting.
• Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or use of automated tools — will result in cancellation of the Bonus and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on the jjloit platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed rules and the game's underlying logic, the outcome determined by the certified game software shall prevail.

All casino game outcomes on jjloit are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited and verified. The RNG systems used by jjloit's game providers are regularly tested to ensure compliance with stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and randomness standards. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — in a professional studio environment and are streamed to players in real time.

jjloit reserves the right to void any wager placed due to a technical error, software malfunction, miscommunication of odds or game information, or any other error that would make it manifestly unfair to honour the wager. In such circumstances, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings generated from bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds or game information are void regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the wager was settled.

For sports betting, jjloit follows standard industry rules for settlement of markets, including rules for postponed events, abandoned matches, and player/team withdrawal from events. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjloit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information at registration or during KYC, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer table games, sports betting syndicates acting against the platform, or any other form of coordinated strategy that exploits the platform.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the platform without human oversight. All account activity must represent genuine human gameplay.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors must report them to jjloit customer support and cease exploiting them immediately.
• Money Laundering: Using the jjloit platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Creating multiple accounts, using automated wagering patterns, or engaging in any other conduct specifically designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment gaming.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward jjloit staff, other players, or live dealer personnel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjloit platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and the jjloit brand name — is the property of jjloit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjloit platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jjloit platform without prior written consent from jjloit.

Any unauthorised use of jjloit's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jjloit reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

09 Responsible Gaming

jjloit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, jjloit provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session at defined intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for any gaming or financial activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jjloit platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications during gameplay that display elapsed session time and net win/loss position at defined intervals.

jjloit strictly enforces the 21 years minimum age requirement and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and KYC process. Gaming on the jjloit platform should be treated as a form of entertainment funded exclusively from discretionary income. It should not be used as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjloit's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjloit account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjloit shall not be liable, in any circumstances, for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond jjloit's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the jjloit platform, where jjloit has taken reasonable steps to select reputable service partners;
• Any gambling losses sustained through legitimate gameplay on the jjloit platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jjloit's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11 Suspension and Termination

jjloit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity;
• A court order, PAGCOR instruction, or other regulatory requirement mandating account suspension or closure;
• The player being identified as a person subject to a self-exclusion order;
• The player being identified as under 21 years of age;
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in jjloit's dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jjloit will communicate the reason for suspension and an estimated resolution timeframe to the registered email address, unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining after deduction of voided winnings and Bonuses will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, net of any outstanding liabilities to jjloit.

You may close your jjloit account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or sports betting rules. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification if not previously completed.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jjloit may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jjloit will provide advance notice to registered players via email at least fourteen (14) days before the revised Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR instruction.

Your continued use of the jjloit platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as unambiguous acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the jjloit platform, including game outcomes, payment issues, or account decisions, you should first contact jjloit's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your registered username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.

jjloit will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex complaints involving game outcome verification or financial investigation may take longer; jjloit will keep you updated on progress.

If you are not satisfied with jjloit's resolution of your complaint after exhausting the internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for licensed online gaming operators. jjloit will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the jjloit platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through jjloit's internal complaints process or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to proceedings in the Philippines on the grounds of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
